Dear Saints,

I am writing to you from our School of Ministry training. We are in the second week. It has been awesome gathering daily to teach the word of God and to see what the Lord does each day. This school is very rich because our brother Harrison Oulo is with us from West Kenya, having been sent to Australia from the continent of Africa. Oulo is participating in the School, receiving the apostolic teaching, but he is also ministering on various nights publicly. We have been blessed by a number of new folk coming to the School for training and by many of our brothers and sisters from the regions joining us once again.

God is doing marvellous things among us. Since the day Harrison arrived in Australia [9^th Dec.] there has been a blessing released in the realm of the Spirit, a greater anointing, a greater release of God’s purpose and His present truth from the Word. Harrison has ministered in 13 different localities already, with numerous meetings in Toowoomba. The Lord has never failed to release a meaningful prophetic word for the church that has gathered in each place and the Lord has confirmed His word with signs following – there have been some remarkable healings.

The teaching in the School has come from manuals already written but the Lord who is the Spirit, 2 Cor.3:17, has released and opened the word with a tremendous spirit of revelation and an obvious application of sound doctrine to our faith and practice especially in understanding the church of Jesus Christ, how it is to function, the release of the five fold ministry gifts and the up-building of the saints. Truly the Lord is building His church on the foundations of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone [read Eph.2:19-22].

Brother Harrison is clearly a prophet raised up sovereignly by God. I have never met a man like him; he reads the Word of God, the Bible, from a screen that the Lord sets for Him in the spirit realm. Often the very title of his message is not revealed to him until he stands to preach and the Lord writes it on the screen. He speaks by direct revelation – he truly is an oracle of God. [The oracle of God is the place where God speaks].

JESUS IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH

In September 2002 the Lord showed me in a vision that His apostolic anointing had been released to build His church. Jesus clearly says in Matt. 16:18, "I will build My church". Through the restoration of apostles and prophets to the church Jesus has released the giftings and anointings to build His last days church. It is through the church that the glory of the Lord shall be revealed. Isa.40:5, Num.14:21, Hab.2:14.

A FRESH WIND OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD BLOWING ACROSS THE NATIONS

The people of God are responding everywhere. "Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" 2 Cor.3:17. The gospel is the Lord's and through the gospel the realm of heaven, that is the kingdom of God, is revealed. God is delivering His people from the curse of denominationalism and institutionalism and opening His word according to His promise. In Eph.3 and in 1 Cor.2:6-10 and elsewhere the apostle Paul speaks of the mystery that was hidden for long ages. Unfortunately after the first church which was lead by apostles and in which all the gifts and ministries of the New Testament functioned, was replaced by man's organised ways, the revelation of the mystery was lost. Now at the end of the age God is raising apostles and prophets again to bring the revelation of the mystery to the saints.

THE GIFT OF ADMINISTRATIONS, 1 Cor.12:28

One of the gifts that God has set in the church is called ‘administrations’ in the NKJV & ‘governments’ in the AV. The Greek word means ‘pilotage’ of ‘steering’ and elsewhere in the Scripture refers to the master of a ship. This gift has often been misunderstood and anyone serving in administration may have been regarded as having this gift. However practical ability in administration does not equal this gift. Like all the gifts in the New Testament it comes from God and there is an anointing, ie, a God given ability, for the gift to function. For years we have asked God to set this gift among us as Paul and others have continued to carry the responsibility of overseeing the administration of RMA. But now God has given us a person with this gift – someone who is able to ‘steer’ the administration and manage the finances on behalf of the apostolic leadership with both practical ability and the gifting of God.

MINISTRY LEADERS WORKING TOGETHER

On Monday evening of the 12^th a number of ministry leaders and house church leaders and others gathered to share together that which God is doing among us right now, how ministries are functioning and moving on in the call of God and specifically how to raise up the evangelist. There was a gifted evangelist among us, Steve Schiller, who is working as a motor mechanic. So his gift is only working a little. As a result of the meeting Steve now has invitations to 5 different cities to do evangelism weekends. We trust this is the beginning of his full time ministry as an evangelist. This is an illustration of how five fold ministry leaders are to work together, opening doors for others, sharing resources, not duplicating what the other is doing.

APOSTLE AND PROPHET LINKED

As Paul and the team have travelled with Bro. Oulo, we have witnessed a wonderful expression of an apostle and a prophet working together in the ministry. In every place Paul had opportunity to share something of the apostolic while Bro. Oulo preached prophetically. The yoking of the apostle and the prophet has strengthened and sharpened both ministries. This is a fulfilment of Eph.2:20 and Eph.3:5 and follows the example of Paul and Silas in the book of Acts. We understand that this is the time for apostles and prophets to be linked together in ministry to do the work of the ministry which is to reform and build the church of Jesus Christ in these last days. Paul and Harrison were originally called together into ministry at Kitale, West Kenya, in April last year and commissioned by a prophetic presbytery of local elders. Then on Monday night a group of Australian elders, including apostles, commissioned Paul and Harrison in Australia. This was very profound.

MINISTERING TO THE NATIONS

On Wed. the 21^st, Jean Manning, Yvonne Shepherd and Donald Truss depart for Myanmar. Jean will ministry there for 3 weeks and then proceed to India where she will be joined by her husband Bruce for ministry. Yvonne and Donald will stay an extra week in Yangon for ministry. We rejoice that the doors have opened wide in both nations. Jean’s major appointment in Myanmar will be with Pastors gathering in Upper Burma.

On March 16^th a team is departing for Mauritius and East Africa for 6 weeks. This year the door is open to go into Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Central Congo. This is amazing! The door is through apostolic brethren who are spiritual sons of this ministry.

IN AUSTRALIA

A team is travelling with Bro. Oulo to: Beenleigh – evening of 17^th, morning of 18^th; Oakey 6pm 18^th;

Brunswick Heads – afternoon & evening of 19^th; Casino – evening of 20^th; Dorrigo – 21^st & 22^nd;

Kihilla Christian Centre, Blue Mts. – evening of 23^rd, all day 24^th & 25^th, morning of 26^th; Leeton – evening of 26^th. Oulo departs for Mauritius on evening of 27^th – he has ministry there for a few days.
